- Do I have to recreate every location?
- No. We prepare your existing data for bulk upload and help with the first import. If your catalog is not digital yet, we can also help digitise it. You can start with a selected part of your catalog.
- Does SetScout decide the price or approve bookings?
- No. You set the gross location fee and review every enquiry yourself.
- What does it cost to start?
- Importing and publishing are free. SetScout deducts 15% only when a booking is paid.
- How is the owner paid?
- You receive the host payout under the applicable payout schedule and pay the agreed owner share outside SetScout.
- Does SetScout replace my own database?
- No. You keep your own catalog and use it as the basis. You choose which locations also appear on SetScout and remain the location owner's point of contact.
- What data can productions see?
- You choose which locations and images are published. The exact address and contact details only become visible after a confirmed viewing or booking.
- Is the published price final?
- No. The day rate is the starting point. You and the production can adjust the final amount through offers and counteroffers based on the project and terms.
